A:1. Restart the computer after installation 2. Please confirm that your Bluetooth device (headphone / keyboard / speaker) is not occupied by other Bluetooth.

When buying, I did not notice that Windows 7 is not supported (only sound). Bought for a wireless keyboard. The PC is not mine. Rating spoil the device would not want, so I’ll leave 5 stars. But I would like to ask you to make a more visible record that there is almost no support for Windows 7.
